Account Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Cun account and associated personal data even if you no longer have access to the app.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to cunciyun@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or account identifier used for your Cun account.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Email us from your registered account address when possible.
Data covered by deletion
Once verified and processed, account deletion is intended to remove or anonymize account profile information, login credentials, user-generated content associated with the account, and related personal data, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record obligations.
In-app deletion
Cun also provides an in-app account deletion entry in Settings. This page exists so users can request deletion even after uninstalling the app.
